Contact Invisible Technologies by phone or through the website to discuss the service plan needed or to order a new charger. Choose a payment option, either credit card or check by mail. Give the customer service representative your mailing and billing address to process your payment and for the location to ship the new charger.
2Plug the charger in the 110-volt wall outlet closest to the door you and your dog use. Lay the collar on the top of the charger with the skin contacts facing down.
